We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead our healthcare operations team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and hands on expertise in patient scheduling operations within a healthcare BPO environment.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, client management, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day healthcare BPO operations.
- Lead teams handling patient scheduling and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, productivity, quality, and client deliverables.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and associates.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and healthcare industry standards.
- Prepare operational reports, conduct performance reviews, and present business insights to leadership.
- Manage workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling to meet business requirements.
- At least 2 years experience in Managerial Role
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including insurance verification, authorization, medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable.
- Hands-on experience managing patient scheduling operations in a healthcare BPO environment.
- Proven experience leading large teams and driving operational performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and healthcare applications.
- Experience managing multiple healthcare accounts or processes.
