Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly capable finance professional to join my team and take ownership of the month-end close and reporting process across 15 investment entities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process for 15 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs tailored to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency
• Present financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders, translating data into clear narratives
• Support audit and compliance processes as required

Key Requirements / Attributes:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and automation
• Strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance audiences
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience with investment entities or funds (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in Excel and Xero
