GEMECO’s customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
- Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals
- Drive improvements on the process and the whole production line
- Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
- Implement the department's established policies
Requirements :
- Candidate must be a graduate of an Engineering course
- At least 8 years related experience in a manufacturing set-up
- Proven leadership skills, sound judgement
- Able to communicate to any level in the organization
- Knowledge in ISO an advantage
- Team player, with good interpersonal skills
