Production Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, product quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in Injection Molding and Blow Molding operations.

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, cycle times, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage production personnel including operators, packers, and material handlers.
• Coordinate machine troubleshooting and maintenance concerns with the Maintenance Team.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor raw material usage and implement waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare production reports, manpower reports, and downtime monitoring reports.
• Coordinate closely with Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and productivity enhancement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a plastic manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding and Blow Molding processes.
• Experience handling production manpower and shift operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
