SALES MANAGER

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall sales operations of the company within the market. This role ensures the achievement of revenue targets through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of digital integrated solutions such as CCTV systems, access control, biometrics, IoT solutions, software platforms, and other technology-based services.The Sales Manager also works closely with local industries, government agencies, and corporate clients to deliver reliable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies suited for the Philippine market and industry demands.
- Identify new business opportunities in private companies, government institutions, construction firms, retail chains, and other local sectors.
- Prepare annual sales plans and targets aligned with the company’s direction.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitor movement, and pricing strategies.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Actively generate new leads through field visits, networking, presentations, and industry events.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, contractors, developers, IT managers, property administrators, and business owners.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations for customers.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for sales staff.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to support client requirements.
- Ensure the team follows proper sales documentation, proposals, and quotation processes.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with local suppliers, contractors, and technology distributors.
- Prepare proposals, government requirements, and bidding documents (if participating in public procurement).
- Strengthen the company’s presence in key industries across the Philippines.
- Reporting & Sales Operations
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor KPIs, sales quotas, and upcoming opportunities.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements, and sales documents comply with Philippine corporate and regulatory standards.
- Support after-sales processes such as installation coordination, client updates, and account management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, management, account management, and marketing in a related industry.
- Technical knowledge of Digital Security (such as CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, FDAS, etc.).
- Strong accounts management and business development skills.
- Strong customer focus, sales-driven mindset, self-motivated, and committed.
- Resourceful, proactive, and independent.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals to address issues and find amicable solutions.
- Strong interest in technology and engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel
- Able to work independently
