Sales Manager - Digital Advertising (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion within the Philippine digital advertising industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving new business acquisition, growing existing client partnerships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a strong network across brands and media agencies, extensive experience managing enterprise sales, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales initiatives. This role requires a "hunter" mindset, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's business growth objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead the Philippine market expansion by identifying strategic business opportunities and strengthening market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers from brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
- Own the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and revenue accountability.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with the Account Management, Operations, and Creative teams to develop compelling client proposals and customized advertising solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and industry relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Must have at least 5–8 years of extensive Sales Management experience within the Digital Advertising, Media, Marketing Solutions, AdTech, or MarTech industry.
- Proven experience leading sales growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue performance.
- Strong background in digital advertising solutions, including Programmatic, Display, Video, Mobile, Social, and Performance Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of how brands and agencies plan, purchase, optimize, and measure digital advertising campaigns.
- Well-established relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and key decision-makers in the Philippine market.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue ownership.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses a strong "hunter" mentality.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
