What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as a Supply Chain Manager, where you'll take ownership of sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and continuity of supply-all while supporting cutting-edge medical device delivery worldwide.

- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis
- Experience using ERP systems (Sage 100 or similar preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Skilled in building detailed project plans from high-level directives
- Comfortable with assertive supplier management and follow-through
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Highly detail-oriented and accuracy-driven
- Consistently produces high-quality work with minimal errors
- Self-directed, independent, and resourceful
- Perform routine daily purchasing of inventory at the correct quantity and specification
- Analyze historic and future demand data to update stocking par levels
- Communicate with production facilities and raw material providers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors
- Review primary vendors and adjust for cost savings, delivery improvements, etc.
- Oversee the integrity of supply chain data in ERP (vendors, part numbers, specifications, etc.)
- Manage one-off, large-scale purchases for customer onboarding
- Evaluate company purchasing patterns and update based on trends
- Manage and communicate delivery dates and lead times from production to customer service
- Manage vendor lead times to ensure ship dates are received and adhered to
- Assist with receiving products into inventory
- Support vendor-related quality communications as needed by the quality team
- Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and shipment of products
- Monitor lead times and source alternatives for items with significant production backlogs
- Implement standard supply chain operating procedures and adjust as necessary
- Adhere to KPIs established for the supply chain department
- Coordinate with customer service on:
- New product requests
- Expedited delivery
- Resourcing
- Specification information
- Manage purchasing and supply chain-related correspondence to completion and realization of requirements
