Job Description

Develop and implement supply chain delivery plans and logistics network plans for subsidiaries based on the company's supply chain delivery strategy and process requirements, combined with market delivery strategies and customer needs, continuously improving the supply chain delivery capabilities of subsidiaries; Responsible for end-to-end process management and monitoring of order delivery, participating in projects in advance to analyze customer logistics needs and supply chain bottlenecks, formulating competitive logistics and supply chain delivery plans to ensure timely, accurate, high-quality, and low-cost supply of goods; Responsible for the full process management and monitoring of goods receipt, dispatch, and storage, including receiving and reviewing goods, inventory and stocktaking management, material assembly, dispatch monitoring, and arrival document management, ensuring the safety of goods and the accuracy of inventory; Responsible for the construction of the logistics service provider (LSP) resource pool and LSP performance management; Responsible for customs clearance and logistics cost budgeting for the representative office, cost monitoring, and payment verification, ensuring controllable and secure logistics costs; Responsible for the optimization and compliance of subsidiary order, logistics, and procurement execution business, ensuring efficient and safe process operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or any related field to the position.
• Has at least 5 years relevant work experience for the position.
• Ability to understand, respect and adapt to different work styles, communication styles, business etiquette and values in different cultural contexts.
• Problem-solving ability, initiative, stress resistance, learning ability
• Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients.
