Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Inside Sales Operations Coordinator to manage and grow revenue from an existing residential and business security client base. This is a senior-level sales role focused on retention, upselling, and account expansion across multiple service lines including security systems, solar solutions, and guard services.This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of senior sales experience, ideally within SaaS, security, or IT industries.
Schedule- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (U.S. Pacific Standard Time)
- Conduct follow-up and check-in calls with existing residential and commercial security clients to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Cross-sell additional service lines including solar panels, security upgrades, and guard services
- Manage and nurture the existing sales pipeline to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in CRM systems
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients to drive retention, upsells, and referrals
- Handle both warm leads and selective cold outreach where required to support pipeline growth
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, reporting, and performance tracking
- Focus on existing customers and warm leads with some cold outreach as needed
- Upsell across multiple service verticals including security, solar, and guard services
- Drive revenue growth from the existing customer base
- Operate fully within PST business hours
- Work closely with leadership on performance targets and reporting
- Minimum 5+ years of senior-level inside sales, account management, or revenue operations experience (must-have)
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, security services, or IT-related industries (required)
- Strong experience in B2B or high-value customer sales environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional English accent
- Proven ability to handle objections and convert conversations into revenue opportunities
- Comfortable performing both warm outreach and cold calling when required
- High resilience, persistence, and professionalism in handling customer interactions
- Ability to work independently within U.S. Pacific Standard Time (8 AM–5 PM PST)
- Senior salesperson with strong commercial instincts and closing ability
- Experienced in complex sales environments (SaaS / IT / security)
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly over phone and email
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly accountable
- Comfortable balancing relationship management with aggressive revenue targets
