Chat Support - Cubao QC

GameOne is looking for a Chat Support Representative who can communicate in English, Filipino (Tagalog), and Bisaya. This role supports customers from different regions, so strong communication skills in these languages are essential.

• Managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
• Assisting customers with orders, product concerns, returns, and refunds
• Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working closely with different departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Keeping customer records and support cases organized

• Strong written communication skills
• Who can communicate in English, Filipino (Tagalog), and Bisaya.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools
• Experience in customer support, online selling, or e-commerce is a plus
• Knowledge of gaming products, PC hardware, or basic troubleshooting is an advantage
