GameOne is looking for a Chat Support Representative with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills. This role is ideal for IT graduates or graduates of any computer-related course who are familiar with computers, PC hardware, and gaming products.

What You'll Be Doing- Manage customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
- Assist customers with orders, product concerns, returns, and refunds
- Provide after-sales support and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any computer-related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with PC hardware, computer components, gaming products, or basic technical troubleshooting
- Can communicate effectively in English, Filipino (Tagalog), and Bisaya
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media and digital communication platforms
- Experience in customer support, online selling, or e-commerce is an advantage
