We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Graphic Designer to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for developing visual content and implementing marketing strategies that align with brand objectives. You will be involved in designing a wide range of materials including digital assets, social media graphics, print collateral, and campaign visuals, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design visual content for digital and print (e.g., social media posts, brochures, presentations, banners, posters, infographics, etc.)
• Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize creative campaigns and promotional materials
• Edit and refine existing design files or templates as needed
• Coordinate with external vendors for print and production

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
• Develop content for social media platforms, email newsletters, websites, and other channels
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Maintain a content calendar for campaigns and promotions
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategies
• Support events and promotional activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
