• Key Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing & CRM
• Manage marketing campaigns through Go High Level CRM
• Design and distribute quarterly newsletters and promotional offers
• Update and maintain client databases
• Google Marketing
• Maintain business listings, respond to reviews, and manage Google Ads
• Increase visibility and report analytics to the management team
• Website & SEO
• Regularly update company websites (WordPress/Elementor)
• Execute SEO strategies and produce blog content
• Social Media
• Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business
• Manage multimedia content including photos and videos
• Outreach & Active Marketing
• Research and reach out to potential clients
• Prepare information packs and coordinate meetings for Directors
• Admin Support for Elevate Buyers Agents
• Assist with workflows and backend support tasks
• What You'll Need
• Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Canva, Go High Level, WordPress/Elementor, SEO tools, and other marketing programs as required.
• Experience in video editing and social media management
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with extensive telephone experience
• A creative, organised, and proactive mindset
• Confidence and professionalism in phone, email, and video communications

⏱ Workload

Approx. 40 hours/week, including:

• Weekly team marketing meetings
• Fortnightly admin meetings
• Quarterly staff reviews and strategic planning sessions
