Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and performance of assigned pharmaceutical products. The role leads strategic marketing initiatives, ensures strong brand positioning, and drives product growth through effective collaboration with sales, medical, regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
Product Strategy & Management- Develop and execute product marketing plans and strategies
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to maturity
- Ensure strong and compliant brand positioning in the market
- Drive product sales growth and market share
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insight
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Ensure messaging is aligned with medical, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Support product launches and field execution
- Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Support field teams with product knowledge and execution tools
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Conduct market research and customer insights analysis
- Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
- Monitor pricing, demand, and competitor strategies
