GENERAL LEDGER SENIOR ANALYST

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled General Ledger Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general ledger accounting process.
• Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and month-end closing activities.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general ledger or financial accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
