- Act as the main point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle and organize administrative tasks, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between departments.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, assessment schedules, and applicant endorsements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative and liaison tasks.
