SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Support the maintenance team to do Materials management, such as request material (via OSS/ DINGTALK/EMAIL), tracking, deliveries, and delivering materials to the site team on time.
- Consumable material budget request, purchase, and liquidation, and support the maintenance team to restore sites quickly.
- Interface with internal and external customers for document collection and reimbursement operations
- Battery Replacement / Installation monitoring (Delivery and Installation)
- RFP approval - COB attachment
- Admin support - Processing permits (ex, OCBO permits to Davao Light)
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the communication industry
- College diploma or above.
- Proficient in numerical calculation and paperwork.
