Revenue Manager

Provide strategic marketing guidance and support to revenue centers and business units, grounded in data insights and performance metrics to ensure marketing operations are aligned.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to ensure the timely and effective delivery of operational marketing initiatives.
- Revenue generation. Ensure targets/revenue projects of various business units are supported by the different sales and marketing operations and translate into revenue.
- Oversee the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and patient outreach efforts in collaboration with revenue centers and business units.
- Assess the revenue impact of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize operations.
- Lead the operational roll out of marketing initiatives across divisions to maximize efficiency of the implementation of marketing programs.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the superior.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration
- Must have a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Hospital Administration
- Must have at least five (5) years' related job experience
