Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer support across phone, email, and chat, resolving order, product, and shipping concerns while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience that supports brand trust and retention.

Shift: Night shift (8am to 5pm PST Monday-Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30am PST Friday), weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a voice campaign (non-negotiable)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and basic data entry (10-key experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with proper grammar and professional phone presence
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle customer interactions with patience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated consistent attendance and stable work history
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift) and lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond to emails, calls, and chats while meeting communication targets
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and process returns, replacements, and manual orders
  • Investigate shipping claims and follow through until resolution
  • Support customers with product usage and basic troubleshooting
  • Complete system tasks such as SLX updates, account creation, and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate records and submit weekly stat sheets
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for efficient issue resolution
  • Perform administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned by management
