About the Role
SuccessLink Outsourcing is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Voice Account supporting US-based clients. This is a speaking-intensive role — every interaction is handled over the phone. We are looking for candidates who can communicate in English with exceptional clarity, confidence, and a neutral accent.If English verbal communication is not your strongest suit, this role is not for you.
Minimum Qualifications- At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO voice account preferred)
- Exceptional English verbal communication skills — this is the #1 requirement
- Neutral accent is strictly required — candidates will undergo voice screening as part of the hiring process
- Clear, natural, and professional English delivery with no heavy regional accent
- Strong active listening, comprehension, and articulation skills
- Written English proficiency is a plus
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Can start immediately
