About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Collections Officer & Invoice Portal
Support to join our dynamic team. This is a multi-functional role that requires a proactive individual who can manage customer collections through outbound calls while also supporting invoice uploads and maintenance across various customer portals.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Collections:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to customers to follow up on outstanding payments (specifically for HP customers).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely resolution of payment issues.
- Monitor aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as necessary.
- Record all collection activities and customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes or discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
Invoice Portal Support:
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation to various customer portals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor portal activity to ensure successful submissions and address any upload errors or rejections.
- Stay updated on portal requirements and changes, ensuring compliance with customerspecific guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for portal uploads.
General Support & Flexibility:
- Assist with other administrative and collections-related tasks as needed.
- Support ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.
- Adapt to new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the business evolves.
- Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with invoice portals and electronic document submission is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
