Peak Support is seeking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Philippines!

Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced and detail-oriented representatives to support a growing healthcare technology platform that helps patients book appointments through a combination of AI and human interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers using internal tools
  • Follow instructions to verify insurance acceptance, reason for visit, and appointment availability
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during calls
  • Review and ensure quality of completed tasks
  • Research and organize provider information (e.g., practice name, contact details, hours)
  • Monitor and manage task queues
  • Communicate promptly with the team via Slack
  • Collaborate on improving tools, processes, and operations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or as a virtual assistant
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of digital literacy
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
