What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Addressing customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Contributing to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall success of the call centre
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
