Travel Customer Service Representative – MOA Site

Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Travel Counselor, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure.
- Making changes to existing reservations (ticket reissuance & cancellations)
- Utilization of Sabre/Apollo GDS systems & other assigned tools required when completing PNR changes.
- Making outbound calls to vendors and customers as required
Creating new PNRs for fresh bookings
Job Qualifications:
- At least senior high school graduate
- With 1-year Travel Account BPO Experience
- Preferably with experience using Galileo, Sabre, or Apollo
- Amenable to work Onsite MOA, Pasay City
