Job Summary:

The Sales Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. The role focuses on order processing, CRM maintenance, report preparation, and coordination with internal stakeholders, enabling sales representatives to concentrate on revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and related documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with customer and sales data
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and sales events
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline status, and assistance in performance reporting
  • Support compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or executive/office support
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
