The Marketing Associate supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis. This role works closely with the Integrated Marketing Supervisor to ensure campaigns, communications, and marketing activities are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and optimized to drive engagement, lead generation, and sales.
Responsibilities:- Integrated Marketing Support
Assist in implementing marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s mission and values
Support content development for brand campaigns, product launches, and market initiativesCoordinate with external marketing partners, including agencies, vendors, and media buyers, to track deliverables and timelines
Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency

Support campaign activities for product launches, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
Produce content for internal and external marketing projects as directed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables
Assist in executing targeted marketing plans for priority customer segments
- Data Collection & Reporting
Gather and organize marketing data from campaigns, website analytics, and social media channels.
Assist in preparing performance reports tracking KPIs such as lead generation, content performance, campaign ROI, and website traffic.Support research, surveys, and market testing to generate insights for decision-making.
Monitor ongoing campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements to the supervisor- Administrative & General Support
Track budgets, invoices, and campaign expenses as instructed.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, email campaigns, or CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing, analytics, or automation.
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
