Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant
  • Experience with Canva for marketing (required)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of website management such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and workflows
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
  • Proficiency in AI tools for content creation and copywriting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite transferable to Canva workflows
  • Background in healthcare or healthcare marketing
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Assist in planning and execute digital marketing initiatives
  • Create and publish content across social media channels
  • Write and optimize marketing copy using AI tools and internal guidelines
  • Support search engine optimization efforts where applicable
Design & Creative Work
  • Create visual content using Canva for social posts and marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
  • Translate ideas into engaging and professional designs
Website & Technical Support
  • Perform updates and basic edits on websites such as WordPress or similar platforms
  • Work within CRM systems to support marketing and customer workflows
  • Assist in building landing pages and update website content
  • Support improvements in user experience across digital platforms
Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights
  • Summarize findings into clear reports and presentations
  • Track campaign performance and support data-driven optimization decisions

Project Management & Organization

Use tools like Monday.com (or similar platforms such as Asana) to:

  • Create and manage tasks and deadlines
  • Track marketing projects and progress
  • Maintain organized workflows aligned with company procedures
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and documentation
Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams
  • Follow established workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain consistency in execution while contributing optimization ideas
