Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel and Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel platform and a strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and customer journey optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize GoHighLevel CRM systems for optimal performance
• Build and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms
• Set up and maintain automated email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Create and optimize booking systems, calendars, and appointment scheduling workflows
• Manage contact databases, segmentation, and lead scoring systems

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing on automation workflows, messaging, and timing
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation with business goals
• Stay updated on GoHighLevel features and best practices
• Provide training and support to team members on platform usage

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page customization
• Experience with API integrations and webhook configurations
• Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
