Junior Architect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation is an advantage.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Must be located in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise 3D models and architectural drawings using CAD software and other relevant design tools based on project requirements.
• Produce high-quality renders, visuals, and presentation materials to support design development and client presentations.
• Prepare conceptual and schematic design phases, including the preparation of plans, sections, elevations, and material studies under supervision.
• Prepare project quotations and preliminary cost estimates for incoming or potential projects.
• Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and technical inputs.
• Handle client communications, respond to inquiries, and attend client or project meetings as required.
