1. Solution Architecture and Design

• Analyze business needs, existing systems, and workflows to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Create architectural blueprints and technical documentation, including system flow diagrams, data models, and integration architecture.
• Align all designs with the company’s strategic goals, IT standards, and best practices.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with business leaders, product owners, and department heads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead discovery sessions and solutioning workshops to align expectations and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

1. Technology Assessment and Planning

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platforms, tools, and frameworks to support long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Guide architectural decisions for system upgrades, cloud migrations, and digital transformations.

1. Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams during the pre-sales phase to assess client requirements and craft tailored solution proposals.
• Prepare and present technical demonstrations, prototypes, and solution overviews to prospective clients.
• Contribute to the creation of project scoping documents, technical proposals, and effort estimates.
• Provide technical assurance and alignment during bid defense, proposal reviews, and client meetings.

1. Project Support and Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure alignment with approved designs and requirements.
• Troubleshoot architectural issues and support optimization efforts post-deployment.

1. Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, integrations, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure all solutions are compliant with industry regulations, data security standards, and internal policies.

1. Training and Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct technical briefings, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Support training and onboarding of junior team members and stakeholders on new systems or platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, systems analysis, or enterprise application design.
• Experience in pre-sales, client engagement, or technical consulting is highly preferred.
• Background in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in architectural modeling, data structures, system integrations, and modern development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS), APIs, and database technologies.
• Skilled in using design and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
