• Plan, supervise, and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems for boats and marine manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, production supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure projects are completed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Develop and implement installation procedures, technical standards, and work instructions for electrical and electronic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and electronic installation issues and provide technical guidance to installation personnel.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competency of electricians, electronics technicians, and installation staff.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, occupational safety regulations, and marine industry standards.
• Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, training records, and progress reports.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and electronics installation within the manufacturing, shipbuilding, or boat building industry.
3. At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in electrical installation or technical training.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
5. Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, electronic equipment, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
6. Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
7. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
8. Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards applicable to manufacturing and marine environments.
