Construction Foreman
- At least 2 years construction work experience as a leader
- Must be punctual and physically fit to work
- Full-time permanent position
- Lead a small team of 5 members for maintenance and upkeep of commercial and industrial buildings
- Identify areas needing maintenance/upkeep and execute maintenance/repair plans
- Assess and diagnose building damage
- Oversee construction work, ensure work quality and safety of employees
- Compute and make requests for construction materials
- Safekeep construction materials and equipment
- Coordinate between construction team and admin
- Assist and oversee contractors during repair work
- Inspect tenant units for problems and job orders
- Check premises for damages during tenant turnover
- Design and implement preventive maintenance schedule
