Job Summary:

Be familiarized with the internal system, and do all admin and sales-related reports. In charge with personnel needs and completion and make sure the implemented policies will create safe and healthy environment. Responsible for ensuring business operations and procedures are aligned with legal regulations (external) and company policies (internal).

Ensure that pest, pollution and waste management control, mitigating measures, and environmental management strategies of the business are set and followed at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ADMIN
  1. Daily weekly and monthly accomplishment of system transactions, admin and sales related reports.
  2. Daily Sending of necessary documents inter locations and to main office.
  3. Ensure that all data on documents are properly inputted to avoid wrong information and variances.
  4. Assist with new employee onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel files, and coordinate training and hiring of replacements.
  5. Supervise admin utility works, including schedules and performance daily.
  6. Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, personnel records, and company databases.
  7. Order and restock supplies, manage inventory, oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment (printers, copiers) and premises, ensure cleanliness
COMPLIANCE
  1. Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the business; ensuring compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards
  2. Facilitate and handle regulatory permits and licenses and legal business matters as required by the management, maintain communication with local government offices
  3. Establish action plans to enhance the effectiveness of pest management operations; Use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and apply suitable ones to remove or kill pests while complying with safety procedures
  4. Ensure activation of the Emergency Response Team that will handle/response in case of emergencies
  5. Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, and procedures
  6. Attend training programs and relay or cascade knowledge taken thereof to other pertinent offices/key personnel.
  7. Establish, with the Human Resource and Management, a continuous and sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs of the company/farm/business.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelors degree holder of Agriculture Biosystems Engineering
  2. Experience: Fresh Grad to 1 yr Experience
