Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tiktok Account Manager (Part-Time) to help build and scale a growing TikTok e-commerce store. This full-time role covers product research, supplier sourcing, influencer coordination, order fulfillment, and day-to-day store management.

We are looking for someone who knows TikTok Shop inside and out and has a proven track record of driving real, measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify winning products well-suited for success on TikTok Shop
Source products from suppliers and maintain productive, ongoing supplier relationships
Reach out to and coordinate with influencers and content creators to generate promotional content that converts
Manage TikTok Shop product listings including titles, descriptions, and pricing
Oversee order fulfillment operations and ensure a consistently smooth customer experience
Track store performance and work steadily toward monthly revenue growth targets
Stay informed on TikTok trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Operate the TikTok Seller Center and manage all daily store tasks efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and communications when required

Mandatory Skills:

Solid, hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop and generating consistent sales results
Strong product research skills with a proven history of identifying high-converting items
Experience sourcing products through dropshipping platforms, wholesale channels, or direct suppliers
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with influencers or content creators for TikTok product promotion
Good working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and order fulfillment processes
Clear understanding of how TikTok's platform functions and what drives conversions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently toward defined targets
Strong communication and relationship management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience ungating product categories within TikTok Shop
Track record of scaling a TikTok Shop to consistent five-figure monthly revenue
Familiarity with dropshipping and sourcing through AliExpress or comparable platforms
Basic content creation skills or experience briefing creators on product videos
Experience managing post-sale customer service on TikTok
Analytical approach to using store data to optimize listings and overall strategy
