SALES/ ACCOUNT OFFICER (HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT) - Onsite-Makati
About the role
Healthway (HMC, INC.)' is seeking an experienced Sales/Account Officer (Healthcare Account) to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare sales operations.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions
- Identify new sales opportunities and effectively pitch Healthway's healthcare solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business and maintain existing accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed sales reporting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or account management
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
