The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the production process to ensure efficient operations. This role supports machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff by preparing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing tasks that contribute to meeting production goals.

5. Other Duties:

• Operate basic tools or equipment as needed under supervision.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Basic understanding of production processes and tools.

• Ability to lift and carry items.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
