PIZZA PRODUCTION STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join our pizza production team. As a member of the production staff, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and baking high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble and bake pizzas to order, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs/kgs.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:
