Material Master Data and Packaging Specialist (Data Management)

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of activities aligned with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain and update material master data in SAP across multiple views (e.g., purchasing, MRP, sales, storage, warehouse, QM) based on business inputs.
• Manage material lifecycle processes including creation, deletion, reactivation, and mass data uploads/downloads.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data, monitor workflows, and communicate updates on material activation.
• Generate reports and support data clean-up activities while ensuring proper documentation and process updates.
• Collaborate with Team Leads/Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to GBS+ quality goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
• Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience in Master Data Management from a shared service industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Experience in technical reporting and analysis using Microsoft and Power BI as well as experience in using VBA Macros, SAP Scripting is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
