Building Engineer

Responsibility:
- Overall management of all company assets. Creating asset tags and inventories to keep track of everything and a monthly plant schedule for checking and auditing. And other tasks given from time to time.
- Schedule car assignments and manage the quality status of each vehicle of the company to ensure safety.
- Monitoring and filing every month including receiving transmittal from all Plants.
- Quarterly checking of asset inventory per month and finishing all departments at the end of the quarter.
- Assist in the renewal of all car registration and other insurance
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
- With a background in facilities maintenance and property management is a plus
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency including MS Office software
- Amenable to work in Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5PM), Saturday (8am-3pm)
- CAN START ASAP
