Building Administrator (Office Building Operations)

We are seeking a Building Administrator who will oversee the daily administrative and technical operations of our office building. The role will ensure that building facilities are properly maintained, operational issues are addressed promptly, and high-profile tenants receive professional and efficient support.

The position will work closely with building management, engineering teams, and service providers to maintain a safe, reliable, and well-managed property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office building, ensuring facilities are functioning efficiently
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams to maintain building standards
  • Monitor and support the operation of building systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring concerns and service requests are addressed promptly
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Supervise tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renovation activities in accordance with building guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and building policies
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant concerns
  • Assist management in improving operational processes and service delivery within the building
Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
  • At least 7 years of experience in building operations, facilities management, or property management
  • Experience managing or coordinating building systems such as HVAC, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
  • Familiarity with commercial building operations and tenant coordination
  • Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling corporate or high-profile tenants
