About the role

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Central Luzon. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
  2. Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
  3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
  4. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively
  5. Assist with staff training and development, including coaching and mentoring team members
  6. Contribute to the store's financial performance by monitoring and reporting on key metrics
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the store
What we're looking for
  1. At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  4. Proficient in inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting
  5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  6. A passion for the retail industry and a proven track record of contributing to the success of a store
