About the role
DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Central Luzon. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store and contributing to the overall success of our business.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively
- Assist with staff training and development, including coaching and mentoring team members
- Contribute to the store's financial performance by monitoring and reporting on key metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the store
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficient in inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- A passion for the retail industry and a proven track record of contributing to the success of a store
