Responsible for overseeing sales performance and daily operations across multiple branches to achieve company targets. Leads and motivates sales teams, monitors branch performance, and provides coaching to improve productivity. Develops and implements sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and area-specific initiatives to drive growth.Analyzes sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify business opportunities. Builds strong client relationships, negotiates with partners, and ensures excellent customer service standards. Prepares reports and presents sales results and strategies to management.
Must be professional, adaptable, and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
Qualifications/Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales or retail operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store or area performance.
- Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong ability to lead and motivate sales teams across multiple branches.
- Skilled in task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching for improvement.
- Experience in developing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
