About the role
Join Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. as a full-time Collections Representative based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers and clients to collect outstanding payments, ensuring the financial health of the organisation.You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable and Customer Service teams to resolve payment issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
What you'll be doing- Contact customers and clients via phone, email or other communication channels to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- Document all customer interactions and payment status updates in the company's systems
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless collections process
- Identify and escalate persistent non-payment issues to management
- Maintain detailed records of all collections activities and provide regular performance reports
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to debt collections
- 1-2 years of experience in a collections, customer service or accounts receivable role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to resolve complex payment issues
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and collections software
- Knowledge of debt collections regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships
