Job description
Objectives:
- Provide guidance and assistance to new and existing franchisees regarding onboarding and franchising agreement requirements
- Ensure that all onboarding and franchising agreement requirements are complied to by new and existing franchisees
- Support and enable the different verticals within the Network Expansion Team
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive shared services strategy aligned with overall business objectives, identifying areas for improvement and automation opportunities
Service Delivery
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shared service center, ensuring high quality service delivery to internal clients by meeting agreed service level agreements (SLA)
LeadershipLead and manage a team of shared services professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders across different business units, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with shared services offerings
Budgeting and Cost ControlDevelop and manage the shared services budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
ComplianceEnsure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the shared services operations
