The IT Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s IT Managed Services and technology solutions. The role focuses on identifying client needs, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that ensure security, efficiency, and peace of mind for customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B technology sales, understands managed services, and can translate technical offerings into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for IT Managed Services.
  • Promote solutions including SYNLINK Omnichannel Technology, AI-Powered Call Center Platform, and EMR (SaaS Cloud).
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Solution Selling
  • Understand customer challenges related to server security, data protection, and IT infrastructure.
  • Recommend customized solutions including IT Consultancy, NOC, Service Desk, and Managed Security.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
Account Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Revenue & Performance Management
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in coordination with management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Managed Services or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
