Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell services across our group of companies, including hotel, spa, casino, lodging, restaurant, and water station operations. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and walk-in clients
• Promote company services including hotel rooms, events, dining, spa, and other offerings
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
• At least 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply for apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Willing to do field work and client meetings

Preferred:

• Experience in hotel, casino, restaurant, or multi-business sales environment
• Existing network of corporate or institutional clients
