Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sales representatives nationwide
  • Achieve sales targets and drive area growth
  • Build and maintain key client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Conduct field coaching, visits, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
  • Submit regular sales and performance reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Willing to travel nationwide
  • Results-driven and highly motivated
