Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales representatives nationwide
- Achieve sales targets and drive area growth
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Conduct field coaching, visits, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
- Submit regular sales and performance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Results-driven and highly motivated
