The ideal candidate is confident in communication, skilled in handling objections, and capable of delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving sales targets. This is an onsite role in a fast-paced BPO environment, offering growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls or chats
• Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, tools, and processes
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance

• At least 1.5 years of BPO experience in a sales account (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
• High school graduate or equivalent (college level preferred)
