Job Summary

The Sales Associate supports the Sales Team in promoting and selling trucks, heavy equipment, cranes, and related spare parts. This role is responsible for identifying and generating potential clients, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely sales transactions, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Prospecting
  • Actively identify and generate potential clients through fieldwork, online platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and target customers
  • Assist in promoting company products including trucks, heavy equipment, cranes, and spare parts
  • Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets and closing deals
Client Coordination
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing sales transactions
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Documentation & Processing
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
  • Ensure completeness of documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Service, and Logistics teams for unit availability and delivery schedules
  • Assist in processing registration and compliance documents when necessary
After-Sales Support
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Service Department for warranty and servicing concerns
  • Assist in addressing customer concerns and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client prospecting
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge or interest in trucks, heavy equipment, or automotive industry
  • Basic sales, negotiation, and lead generation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
