JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Associate plays a key role in promoting and selling the company’s digital and integrated technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. This position focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting product presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The Sales Associate supports the overall sales targets of the company by identifying business opportunities and providing clients with the best-fit digital security and technology solutions tailored to their needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Client Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Conduct client visits, online presentations, and product demonstrations for digital and security solutions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and service offers.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Product Knowledge & Representation
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and technical advantages of digital and integrated solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team for scheduling of site visits, installations, and project updates.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for bidding requirements and client submissions.
Customer Service
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support issues professionally.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients to the operations team for implementation.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients by providing high-quality service.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination (technology-related field is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Pointer’s product offerings or willingness to learn. (Electronic Security Systems)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong interest in technology and engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel
